Servercrust offers a refund policy for all new VPS hosting and dedicated server purchases. However, please note that if the server is part of a prepaid contract and has already been ordered from our vendors, a refund is no longer possible. Refunds can only be processed if the billing cycle has not yet concluded.
**Please Note:** Refunds for purchases made via credit card or PayPal will be credited to the original payment method. Servercrust is not responsible for any additional charges imposed by PayPal, credit card companies, or other payment gateways.
To cancel your hosting package, follow the steps below:
You may cancel your server or contract at least 5 days before the end of the billing period by submitting a support ticket with the reason for cancellation. The notice period begins once we receive this notification in written form.
You will receive an email confirmation once your cancellation request has been processed. In some cases, our Billing, Sales, or Support departments may contact you if additional information is required.
